Water Harvesting Certification Course -- Accepting Applications

Watershed Management Group is offering two Water Harvesting Certification courses in the spring of 2011 along with our new Green Infrastructure Technical Training and Certification program. We are currently accepting applications for the following programs: • Green Infrastructure Technical Training and Certification, Tucson, January 20-22, 2011 • Water Harvesting Certification, Phoenix, March 18 – 27, 2011 • Water Harvesting Certification, Tucson, April 29 – May 8, 2011 Please see below for more details on each program listed above. In addition to these trainings, we will be offering an Advanced Cistern and Advanced Greywater Technical Training with Certification in the spring of 2011. Dates and details will be posted on our Watershed Technical Trainings page later in December.

Water Harvesting Certification, Phoenix, March 18-27 and Tucson, April 29 – May 8
 
WMG is accepting applications for its upcoming spring Water Harvesting Certification courses in Tucson and Phoenix.
 
This one-of-a-kind course offers practical, hands-on training in water harvesting earthworks, greywater systems, cisterns and appropriate plant selection with an integrated design focus. We teach green professionals, entrepreneurs, and community organizers to install and design water harvesting systems while working in concert with the local environment.
 
Applications for each session are accepted on a rolling basis. Priority is given to the earliest applicants. The course fee is $1,050 for applications received by the early application deadline for each session, and $1,200 for applications received during our regular registration period.
 
Application deadlines:
Phoenix, March 18-27, 2011
Early registration: Applications due by January 10, 2011
Regular registration: Applications due by February 14, 2011
 
Tucson, April 29-May 8, 2011
Early registration: Applications due by February 28, 2011
Regular registration: Applications due by March 28, 2011
