Conference Overview

Monday–Registration all day. Free Workshops 8am to 5pm (must sign up when registering). Exhibit & Poster Set-up at Oregon Convention Center (OCC). Welcome reception/mixer at the Double Tree Hotel. Registration will be set up at the reception.

Tuesday–Registration all day. 8am Opening Plenaries, followed at 11am by 14 concurrent sessions until 5pm at OCC. 5:30-8:30pm Exhibit and Poster reception, with Fire Monks Book signing and a Special Film Screening at OCC.

Wednesday–Registration all day. 7am Morning Meditation with the Fire Monks. 8am Opening Plenaries, followed at 11am by 14 concurrent sessions until 5pm at OCC. 5:15-6:15pm AFE membership meeting at OCC.

Thursday–Registration in AM. 8am Opening Plenaries, followed at 11am by 14 concurrent sessions until 5pm at OCC. SAFE mentor mixer and AFE Awards Banquet and Dinner at OCC in PM. Posters and Exhibits end at noon, break down by 6pm.

Friday–Plenary talks 8am to noon. Event Adjourns.
