Duties

At the full performance level, you will:
- Serve as a Management Advisor to the Division Director, providing analysis, advice, and consultation on the planning development, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical and evaluative methods, techniques, requirements and procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and evaluations to determine whether programs, practices, organizations, management systems and assessment are effective in meeting established goals.
- Evaluate new or modified legislation and regulations, and executive initiatives and policies for projected impact.
- Provide technical direction to lower graded staff in the area of organizational development, management and program evaluation, program planning and technical analysis.

At the higher grade level, your assignments will be more complex and you should need less guidance from your supervisor.

You will spend, 25-50% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
