New Mexico State Forestry is seeking applications for funding for hazardous fuels mitigation projects through the 2016 WUI Grant program. The documents can be downloaded from the Forestry Division’s website: http://www.emnrd.state.nm.us/SFD/RFPs/RFPMain.html. The deadline for applications is August 14. Soil and Water Conservation Districts should work with their local State Forestry District Office to develop their project proposals.
