We have published our newsletter, Dialogue, since 1993. In the early years we were able to publish as many as four issues, largely dependent on funding, and in leaner years as few as two issues. The early issues document the evolution of water planning in New Mexico. Since Summer 2003 we have published online as well as in print, and if resources become available we intend to put earlier issues online as well. In the meantime, copies of back issues can be had by contacting us at .

The new issue of Dialogue (Fall 2018) is in publication and the electronic edition is now available. Electronic and print subscriptions are free with a tax-deductible membership in the Dialogue. To become a member, click the "Join/Contribute." You can read and download all of the current and back issues listed on this page. They are in PDF format.
