The NMED Surface Water Quality Bureau has opened a 45-day Public Comment Period on the Draft 2012-2014 State of New Mexico Integrated Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 303(d)/305(b) List of Assessed Surface Waters (Integrated List).
The comment period opened on Thursday, 12/15/11 and closes Monday, January 30, 2012, at 5pm.
Comments must be submitted in writing by the close of the comment period. Electronic submittals via email to lynette.guevara@state.nm.us are preferred.
The draft Integrated List as well as supporting materials are available via the SWQB website at http://www.nmenv.state.nm.us/swqb/303d-305b/2012-2014/ or by contacting Gary King (505) 827-2928, gary.king@state.nm.us.
