AWF October Volunteer Service Project: Sandia Mountains

Albuquerque Wildlife Federation's monthly service project in the Sandia Mountains. This Service project will be in collaboration with the Sandia Ranger District. This event takes place October 19, 2013.

THE PROJECT: For our final volunteer service project of the year, AWF will be teaming up with the Sandia Ranger Dis- trict for a day-long restoration project. 

LOCATION: Sandia Mountains, near Albuquerque. GEAR: Gloves, hat, long sleeves, long pants, sturdy boots, and sunscreen. 

FOOD: After the project, we’ll celebrate another successful year with a potluck and barbeque, so please bring a dish to share! AWF will provide bison or veggie burgers.
